Refund policy

We stand behind Still Paws with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your kit within 60 days of delivery, email stillpaws.support@gmail.com and we will refund you in full. You do not need to return the kit.

For damaged or incorrect items, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
